Refonte complete install.bat — debug, reparation, tests

- Chaque etape affiche [OK] ou [ERREUR] avec details
- Messages PowerShell visibles (plus de >/dev/null sur les telecharger)
- Option 3 "Reparer" : reinstalle Python/pip/deps sans toucher au code
- Test automatique apres install/update : verifie imports Python
- Affiche la commande pour lancer en ligne de commande (debug)
- Fallback py launcher (py --version) en plus de python
- Verification taille fichier telecharge
